Tracking Your Order

We provide fully tracked delivery service. Please refer to your expected delivery date in checkout. Your tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has shipped and may be monitored real-time with tracking service available by the shipping company. We do not have any control over the USPS delivery dates or delays.

Accurate Address

To avoid delays with your delivery, please enter your full name and address—correctly spelled—including:
• House, apartment, suite, unit, or room number
• City, town, village, or province
• Postal or ZIP code
• Country.

Multiple Shipping Address

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.
Delivery Confirmation
When an order is shipped using any carrier service, including but not limited to the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, DHL, Passport, or other reputable carriers, the delivery status is determined by the tracking information provided by the respective carrier. Once a tracking number has been issued, your order has been shipped. When an order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier's tracking system, this is considered a verified delivery.

Customer Responsibility

If a package is marked as "Delivered" but you, our valued customer, have not received your items, Eyes Are The Story kindly requests that you:

  • Inspect the Delivery Premises: Check all possible locations where the package might have been placed, including alternative entrances, mailrooms, and with neighbors or other members of your household.
  • Contact the Carrier: Promptly reach out directly to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) with your tracking number to inquire about the specifics of the delivery. Carriers have access to detailed information and can assist in locating your package.
  • File a Claim: If the package remains missing, initiate a missing package claim with the respective carrier, who is responsible for the delivery of your order, not the Eyes Are The Story brand. Most carriers offer online resources or local offices to facilitate this process.

Eyes Are The Story is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and will assist in resolving the situation in the following ways:
Carrier Communication: Our customer service team is available to support you in liaising with the carrier and will provide advice on the necessary steps to take.
Review of Order Details: We will conduct a thorough review of your order and the shipping details to confirm that everything was processed correctly on our end.
Please understand that while Eyes Are The Story is eager to assist, our influence is limited once an order is confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We encourage our customers to initiate direct contact with the carrier as they are best equipped to resolve delivery issues.

Limitation of Liability

Eyes Are The Story shall not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages once they are confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. Our responsibility for the shipment of goods concludes when the carrier provides delivery confirmation to the address specified by the customer. Eyes Are The Story is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from a package being lost, stolen, or marked as "Delivered" by any carrier.

FOR CONTINENTAL USA

The default shipping carrier is USPS (United States Postal Service) and standard shipping cost for USPS is shown in the table below. We offer FREE Standard Shipping on non-wholesale* U.S. and Canadian merchandise orders $175 and over (excluding taxes) for orders going out via USPS. Please note that USPS has announced plans to slow delivery starting October 1, 2021, due to COVID-19, and shipments are delayed — We do not have any control over the USPS delivery dates — Please use your issued tracking number to follow your delivery. Orders received on Friday after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped out the following Monday. If you wish to get a guaranteed and expedited delivery date, we offer the option of shipping via UPS (United Parcel Service) within the continental US only. You can choose one of the following 2 options:
-UPS 2 Day Air: your package will arrive within 2 business days as early as 10:30 am local time
-UPS Next Day Air: your package will arrive within 1 business day as early as 3:00 pm local time
The cost associated with each UPS shipping option varies with the package weight and with the destination of the order, and it is automatically calculated at checkout. We do not offer free shipping for orders going out via UPS. To guarantee the UPS delivery time, your order must be placed by 12:00 pm EST. Orders received on Friday after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped out the following Monday.

Business Days & Holiday

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

When you check out, the shipping cost now includes all shipping fees, duties, and taxes. There are no hidden or additional costs – what you see is what you pay.

Tracking and Delivery

While we provide tracking information for your orders, please note that guaranteed delivery dates and times are not available. Shipments to the UK, Ireland, and Canada may take longer than standard US deliveries due to international transit.
